Dalanisse Restaurant

This project reimagines a beloved neighborhood lunch spot as a dual-purpose venue, introducing an elevated evening experience while preserving its approachable daytime charm. Without structural interventions, the design centers on key surface and furnishing upgrades: a new counter and cabinetry system, custom boiserie, and a sophisticated color palette that brings warmth and character.

A standout feature is the bar, now clad in two-tone marble to subtly enhance the ritual of the aperitivo and evening service. New chairs and curated tableware further elevate the guest experience, balancing casual comfort with refined details. The result is a refreshed identity that supports the restaurant’s evolution—from trusted lunch hub to a compelling dinner destination—without losing its soul.
